Brute Force

A squad of Grineer soldiers stranded on Deimos have activated their SOS beacon. Track them down and see what you can do to help.

This is one of the 9 possible bounties that can show up on Mother's bounty board in the Necralisk. This bounty has the Tenno find and protect a squad of Grineer survivors, and always ends with the Protect the Grineer Squad stage. Below are the unique dialogue lines that are heard when beginning and ending the bounty, and when running the different stages. The Excavation, Liberation, and Protect the Corpus Scientist stages do not seem to appear for this bounty. All five possible stages are listed below.

Bounty start

Mother: "Grineer may be… unsavoury, but ultimately they are not the Infested and we need all the help we can get. Kindly locate and assist a stranded squad of Grineer. Rest assured they will be non-hostile; these Grineer fully grasp their situation here."

(after entering Cambion Drift) Otak: "Whee! I always like the grunters. So funny!"

Assassinate

Loid: "A large predator roams this area. It must be neutralised before we can attempt to locate the Grineer. Advice – look for appropriate bait."

(upon completing bounty stage with bonus) Otak (whispering): "Ssssssh. The big puppy AND its momma are taking a nap! You rule at playtime!"

(upon completing bounty stage without bonus) Loid: "It is likely the Grineer ran into difficulties when they encountered this organism. Continue your search, Tenno."

Cache Retrieval

Otak: "Oh, hey, there's a cache! Maybe the grunters left it behind. We should try and open it!"

(upon completing bounty stage with bonus) Loid: "An impressive victory, Tenno. Sadly the cache itself gives us no clues about the Grineer, although the resources it contains are always welcome."

(upon completing bounty stage without bonus) Loid: "The contents of this cache appear to be Corpus in origin. Useful, but not what we are looking for. Continue, Tenno."

Extract Samples

Loid: "There are Grineer artefacts buried in the Infested substrate nearby. Activate a Purifier so we can get a better look at them."

(upon completing bounty stage with bonus) Loid: "Excellent data recovery, Tenno. It appears that some Grineer lost a fight with Infested here, but that was long ago. We need to keep searching."

(upon completing bounty stage without bonus) Otak: "These look old. I don't think they're from the squad we're looking for. Shame… no wait, that means they're still alive! Maybe. Yay!"

Hive Extermination

Loid: "A large concentration of Infested is close by. They must be dealt with before we attempt to locate the Grineer.

(upon completing bounty stage)¹ Otak: "Maybe these were what chewed on the grunters? They don't normally like asking for help, y'know?"

Bounty end (Protect the Grineer Squad)

Loid: "I have a positive fix on the Grineer beacon. Please move to assist."

(upon completing the bounty) Mother: "I'm sure that the Grineer will be able to make it out on their own now. Thank you for indulging me, Tenno. All non-Infested are allies, and we need allies."
