Seek out the warframe Mirage.
Starting the quest
Previously, the quest was obtained by purchasing the Hidden Messages blueprint from the Market and constructing it in the Foundry; however, now the quest is added directly into the Codex after completing the Sedna Junction. The Hidden Messages blueprint required 1 argon crystal, 4 oxium, and 5 Orokin cipher – a resource obtained from Orokin Vaults in the Derelict. Currently, the quest is started from the Codex after obtaining it from the Junction.
(upon starting quest from Codex) Ordis: "Operator, what in stars could this possibly mean?
Three parts, three acts, three riddles for thee
To revive the one wielding fantasy
Ancient gods so cruel, once ruled from on high
Can you name their peak, where the land meets the sky?
I found this inscribed on that Orokin artefact you just crafted. You should check your inbox for more information."

A Hidden MessageOperator,
Unfortunately, the nature of the Orokin artefact you just crafted is a mystery to me. I simply cannot fathom its use. All I can tell you was that it was inscribed with the following nonsense:
Three parts, three acts, three riddles for thee
To revive the one wielding fantasy
Ancient gods so cruel, once ruled from on high
Can you name their peak, where the land meets the sky?Nothing in my database sheds light on its meaning. You'd think the Orokin would have something better to do than scribble nursery rhymes on things. Oh, well; I suppose not everything you craft can be of use.
—Ordis, Ship's Cephalon
(after reading inbox message) Ordis: "Operator, did you enjoy that poem? Ordis is composing one as well. It begins: 'A scumbag Corpus from Venus….'"
The answer to the riddle is Olympus, the mountain that was the dwelling place of the gods in ancient Greek mythology. Mons Olympus is the tallest mountain on Mars, and the mission node Olympus, Mars, is the mission to select.
First Mission: Solve the riddle from the inbox message (Olympus, Mars)
The mission is an Extermination on the Infested Ship tileset, against Infested enemies. Along with the usual objective transmissions, the Lotus will periodically send the Tenno transmissions regarding visions from the past.
Lotus: "There's a strange energy in the area. A Void imprint, an old one. I'm getting faint visuals – memories. Continue the mission while I investigate."
Lotus: "The Void imprint… it's old. I see… worm-ships coming out of punch! A warframe fighting Sentients… shields are failing…. Sorry, Tenno, I'm not sure what that was."
Lotus: "I see the Sentients crashing down on her, dying in overwhelming numbers. Now she's out of energy. I'm telling her to go, but she's laughing, tearing their heads off as they swarm. I have recovered something from the memory… a blueprint."
[on board Orbiter]
The Tenno will receive the Mirage neuroptics blueprint.
Lotus: "Tenno, this is an important discovery – a warframe design that was thought lost. Have Ordis construct that blueprint. It could give us a clue to where the next memory is hidden."
The Tenno will have to construct the neuroptics to continue.
(upon claiming the Mirage neuroptics from the Foundry) Ordis: "Operator, exciting news! Ordis just found another inscription on Mirage's helmet. Allow me to recite it:
To build the one you think witty
Seek the nymph who sang oh-so-prettily
She lured him in, with her song and grin
His wife must've thought it a pity
For closer inspection, I've placed the inscription in your inbox."
Inbox message:
A Hidden Message: Another Riddle?Operator,
To think, Ordis thought that mess of words was nothing but the scrawling of some long-dead hack. You saw more. Now you have the neuroptics for a whole new class of warframe. Very impressive, Operator.
Operator, exciting news! Ordis just found another inscription on Mirage's helmet. Allow me to recite it:
To build the one you think witty
Seek the nymph who sang oh-so-prettily
She lured him in, with her song and grin
His wife must've thought it a pityI have no idea what that means, though if I had to describe its literary merit, I might use another word that rhymes with "witty".
—Ordis, Ship's Cephalon
The answer to the riddle is Calypso, a nymph from ancient Greek mythology who detained the hero Odysseus for seven years by entrancing him with her singing, preventing him from returning to his wife. Calypso is also the name of a Saturnian moon, and a mission node on Saturn – which is the intended next mission.
Second Mission: Solve the riddle from the inbox message (Calypso, Saturn)
The mission is a 15-minute Survival on the Infested Ship tileset, against Infested enemies.
Lotus: "I'm sensing another Void imprint. It's dark. I see the glow of restraints around the warframe. I'm trying to surge the revive system but I can't; I'm too far away. A great, faceted eye watches her."
Lotus: "I tell her I won't lose her. That I have another ship on its way. She is smiling because she knows I am lying…. Tenno… the second blueprint has been recovered."
[on board Orbiter]
The Tenno will receive the Mirage systems blueprint.
Lotus: "Construct the warframe component so we can decipher the next clue. Though, I must admit, Tenno, I'm not sure I want to know what happens next."
(upon claiming the Mirage systems from the Foundry) Ordis: "Operator, another Mirage inscription:
One more act before your prize is caught
An ancient sea creature, take a whirl or not?
Look for the monster that swallowed sailors of yore
Make a mistake and you're sunk. Nothing more.
Ordis has placed all the information in your inbox."
Inbox message:
A Hidden Message: So CloseOperator,
It is as if the person writing these messages wanted Mirage to be found. Within the newly crafted Mirage systems, Ordis found this:
One more act before your prize is caught
An ancient sea creature, take a whirl or not?
Look for the monster that swallowed sailors of yore
Make a mistake and you're sunk. Nothing more. That's the worst one yet! Though, Ordis must admit, they are clearly referencing something. Operator, you appear to be good at this sort of thing. Can you find the final blueprint?
—Ordis, Ship's Cephalon
Charybdis is a sea monster capable of creating whirlpools (or, in some versions, simply a large whirlpool) in ancient Greek mythology. The node Charybdis on Sedna is where the Tenno needs to go next.
Third Mission: Solve the riddle from the inbox message (Charybdis, Sedna)
The mission is a Hive Sabotage mission on the Infested Ship tileset, against Infested enemies.
Lotus: "I see the eyes open and the heat blinds me. I hear her comforting me, telling me not to despair as the warframe disintegrates, and I lose her, forever."
Lotus: "Tenno, the last piece of her… of Mirage… has been recovered."
[on board Orbiter]
The Tenno will receive the Mirage chassis blueprint.
Lotus: "Tenno, that was the last of the imprints. Forge this warframe in honour of these memories."
(upon claiming the Mirage systems from the Foundry) Ordis:
"Three acts complete, the end draws near
Soon Mirage will cause enemy fear
A memory lost, to be reborn
This new warrior rises, duty-sworn
That was the final inscription. Ordis is almost sad that there won't be more. Almost."
Inbox message:
A Hidden Message: The End is HereOperator,
You have done it! Mirage's chassis is complete. You have all three parts. The only thing you have left to acquire is the warframe blueprint.
Predictably, I found something else inscribed on the chassis:
Three acts complete, the end draws near,
Soon Mirage will cause enemy fear.
A memory lost, to be reborn,
This new warrior rises, duty-sworn.My theory: whoever wrote these wielded Mirage so deftly that nobody dared to criticise her poetry.
—Ordis, Ship's Cephalon
The blueprint for Mirage can be obtained from the Market.
