Quincy Isaacs Dialogue
Quincy Isaacs is a member of the Hex syndicate in Höllvania. He is a protoframe of the Cyte-09 batch, and serves as the group's sniper and overwatch. In the Höllvania Central Mall, he sells various cosmetics, including glyphs, sigils, visage inks, weapon skins, and Captura scenes. Like the other protoframes, he can only be interacted with after the Drifter completes The Hex quest.

Once the Drifter reaches the "Trusted" Chemistry rank with Quincy, he can be asked out, either during a KIM conversation or in person at the mall. However, based on their KIM conversations, Quincy may decline to date the Drifter.

When the 1999 calendar finishes the autumn season and loops back around to winter, the Tenno will receive an inbox message from Quincy if they are currently dating him.

The video includes a cutscene of the Drifter and Quincy alone on a balcony on New Year's Eve.
[Quincy looks at the Drifter, who is playfully taken aback. Quincy smiles and winks at them. The two step near each other, and Quincy lifts the Drifter's chin up with his hand. Then the two embrace closely, and gently kiss as the New Year's Eve countdown reaches zero. A dialogue line from Quincy plays after the kiss.]
[sigh] "A moment of peace. Trust me, there's nothing I wouldn't do to protect this peace."
"Look at this, then. Us. This is my reward for being such a good boy, then?"
