Cephalon Apnar Dialogue

(picture pending)

Apnar is one of the three cephalons participating in the Cephalon Capture game mode of Conclave, run by Teshin. Any game of Cephalon Capture has a chance to feature him. When being held by an enemy Tenno, Apnar will speak unsubtitled lines to them (and to his team when returned).

When at base

“Don’t worry, Operators. Look around! Enjoy the optical flow.”

“Cephalon Apnar is fine here. No chance to be stolen.”

“Defence not required. Cephalon Apnar is safe.”

“Cephalon Apnar has been accused of wanting to be captured. No comment.”

When an opponent is killed near the base

“A wasted kinetic opportunity.”

“That creature was misunderstood.”

[sigh] Maybe next time.”

“How will Cephalon Apnar ever be displaced with Operators like this?”

When stolen

“Ooh, you seem fast. Show Cephalon Apnar!”

“Apnar is free at last!”

“Hello, friendly movable creature!”

“Oh, pleased to meet you. I will be your hostage today.”

“Yes! Now apply… acceleration!”

While being held

“Looking sharp. Is that a new warframe?”

“Oh, this is nice. We should do this more often!”

[giggles] You’re tickling my gyroscopics; stop it!”

“Cephalon Apnar should not be having fun… BUT IS!”

If holder idles

“What are you doing? Come on, let’s move!”

“Ugly, ugly thing! You need to move!”

“A sickening lack of movement!”

“This is just as boring as the Operators’ base!”

“Drop me. Cephalon Apnar wants off!”

If holder scores a kill

“Apnar is not one to judge.”

“You did what you had to; it makes you handsome!”

“Oh, what a relief! We can have more time together!”

When holder has low health

“Are you okay? Oh, if only Apnar could provide medical subroutines!”

“Let me apologise for the Operators. They are being very nasty today.”

When holder is killed

“Apnar will miss you!”

“What a waste of good kinetics.”

“Hello gravity! WHEEEEE!”

“Just a temporary setback on my locomotion.”

If dropped for a long time

“O-operators? Cephalon Apnar appears to have stalled.”

“Cephalon Apnar wishes self-destruct was possible.’

“Apnar is inert. Motionless. Fun-less.”

If both Cephalons are stolen

“Oh, see, you cannot score without your own Cephalon in the ‘Boredom’ position.”

“Your missing Cephalon must be back here as well to score a point.”

When returned to base

“Well, it was movement while it lasted.”

“Oh good; I’m back where I started.”

“Back at base, Operators! Set systems to… tedium.”
