Incursions
Sometimes, strategic opportunities to weaken the Grineer position arise at unexpected times. If this occurs, the Lotus will alert a nearby Tenno on the Plains of Eidolon to undertake this task
Lotus Dialogue: Assault
During the Assault mission type, the Lotus leads the Tenno to infiltrate the Fortress and destroy an experimental long-range artillery cannon.
The New War
The Sentient armada has emerged from the Veil Proxima in shocking numbers. At their head, Natah, once the trusted guide 'Lotus', now seemingly in thrall to Ballas and her brother Erra.
Lotus Dialogue: Capture
The location of an enemy VIP has been discovered. Track them down and then capture them. Watch out, as these enemies would rather run from combat than fight. If they see you, they will run towards the nearest extraction point. Defeat them before they can escape.
Lotus Dialogue: Assassination
Assassination contracts mark high-priority targets around the System. Hunt down and eliminate these enemies, then head to extraction.
Relay Dialogue
These are ambient dialogue lines voiced by characters in the Relays.

Every year, in March, the Lotus grants the Tenno a new Dex gear item to commemorate the start of Open Beta in Warframe.
Cetus Bounty Stages
Bounties on the Plains of Eidolon are given by Konzu, but largely directed by the Lotus.
Bounty Dialogue
In the town hubs of Cetus, Fortuna, and the Necralisk, the Tenno can undertake tasks on behalf of the local residents, fighting back against the forces that oppress them.
