There's a Grineer spy in Cetus. Put pressure on the Grineer and force the spy out.
This is one of the 13 possible bounties that can show up on Konzu's bounty board in Cetus. This bounty has the Tenno search for a Grineer spy, and always ends with the stage "Capture". Below are the unique dialogue lines that are heard when beginning and ending the bounty, and when running the different stages. The Exterminate, Assassinate, Supply Sabotage, and Cache Recovery stages do not seem to appear in this bounty. All five possible stages are listed below.
Bounty start
Konzu: "Shhh… we don't know who could be listening. Quills tell me there's a Grineer spy lurking in Cetus. As usual, they're short on details. Looking for you to put some pressure on the Grineer out there, so we can find the spy in here."
Lotus: "Konzu has little information about the spy's identity or location. Collect enough intel to unmask this spy."
Drone Hijack
Lotus: "I suspect the spy is communicating with nearby drones. I'll need to examine one to know for sure."
(upon completing the stage) Lotus: "Just as I thought. The spy was using that drone to relay information to Grineer command. You've cut off his line of communication."
Liberation
Lotus: "Take out this camp. Once liberated, I'll scan it for intel on the spy."
(upon completing the stage) Lotus: "Plenty of intel was left behind. I'm closer than ever to identifying the spy."
Resource Theft
Lotus: "Raid the Grineer resource vault at my location. I want to put them on edge, so they start making mistakes."
(upon completing the stage) Lotus: "Radio chatter during that strike gave away crucial details about the spy. The walls are closing in."
Rescue
Lotus: "The Grineer have just captured one of Konzu's scouts. Rescue them and see what they know."
(upon completing the stage) Lotus: "The scout has relayed crucial information about the Grineer spy."
Bounty end (Capture)
Lotus: "Thanks to you, the spy has been unmasked. They're fleeing Cetus on foot. Find them and bring them to me."
(upon completing the bounty) Konzu: "Thank the Unum! Without you, we may have never have caught him. You earned this bounty, Tenno."
