The Phoenix Intercept Tactical Alert was a series of missions that was available from 25 February 2015 to 03 March.
Missions
On Wednesday (25 February 2015), the alert became available and was present for a week. The Tenno received an inbox message from the Lotus.
Inbox message:
Tactical Alert: Phoenix InterceptTenno,
We have received the coordinates of a factory developing artificial genomes for Tyl Regor. Our intel suggests that these genomes can restore broken links in the Grineer DNA sequence, allowing them to produce stronger clones in great quantities.
This cannot be allowed to happen. Assault his forces at the factory, and intercept any intel that can tell us more about his experiments.

The Phoenix Intercept Tactical Alert was an Interception mission on Draco, Ceres. Tenno were restricted to bringing only heavy blade melee weapons (such as the Galatine), and had to complete five rounds of interception against the Grineer. After completing the first mission, the Tenno received an inbox message from the Lotus containing a Tempo Royale stance mod.
Inbox message:
Tactical Alert Complete: Phoenix InterceptMission complete, Tenno. We have set back the Grineer's plans here, and have gathered vital information.
I will call upon you again, once we have analysed the data and formulated a strategy to deal with Tyl Regor.

A second mission was unlocked with slightly harder enemies, requiring eight waves of interception to be completed. This mission also had a Conclave rating limit of 500. Completion resulted in an identical inbox message with a Stratos emblem.

Tactical Alert Complete: Phoenix InterceptMission complete, Tenno. We have set back the Grineer's plans here, and have gathered vital information.
I will call upon you again, once we have analysed the data and formulated a strategy to deal with Tyl Regor.

After the second mission was completed, a third Escalation mission was unlocked which had a Conclave rating limit of 400 and had significantly higher enemy levels (100-150). Tenno had to complete 5 rounds of interception for a chance to obtain a Rift Sigil as a reward.
