Orokin Overload Weekend

Orokin Overload was a set of special alerts during the second weekend in November 2015. The event post said: "It's time for an Overload! Double resources, special Alerts and rewards, and 50% off select weapons await with Orokin Overload Weekend! Reactors have become unstable and are appearing across the solar system. Gear up, grab your kubrow, and collect as many Orokin Reactors as possible!"
Weekend bonuses
During the weekend, a Double Resource Booster was in effect for all Tenno. The Opticor, Simulor, Gammacor, Nukor, Atomos, and Jat Kittag were all 50% off in the Market. In addition, there were three special Alert missions that appeared during the weekend, on Clustril, Monolith, and Shklovsky (all Phobos nodes). Each Alert was titled "Orokin Overload" and awarded 10.000 credits and an Orokin Reactor.
During the weekend, Grineer enemies (in all missions) had a chance to inflict Radiation status.
This event was likely a meta-reference to the video game Fallout: New Vegas, to celebrate the release of its successor, Fallout 4. At the time, Phobos used the dusty, arid Grineer Settlement tileset, which, combined with the focus on radiation, evokes a similarity to the irradiated desert setting of Fallout: New Vegas.
