Prime Resurgence
Prime Resurgence was an event in late 2021 that acted as an extended and expanded Prime Vault occurrence.
Operation
On Tuesday (16 November 2021), the event began with the release of Update 30.9.4 and was set to run for 10 weeks. Upon logging in, the Tenno received an inbox message from Maroo.
Inbox message:

Varzia’s shop
During the event, a new resource called Aya could drop from Void missions, Bounty rewards, or Relic packs (ie, the standard methods of obtaining vaulted relics in prior Prime Vault occurrences). This Aya could be taken to Varzia in Maroo's Bazaar and traded for vaulted relics, at a rate of 1 Aya for 1 relic. Aya was described as "Raw Orokin memory plasma. Varzia's Foundry can consume Aya to create Void Relics."
An additional resource currency called Regal Aya could be purchased for real-world money from the warframe.com website, and could not be obtained in-game through other methods.. Regal Aya could be traded to Varzia to immediately obtain Prime warframes and weapons, as well as purchase Prime Accessories. Regal Aya was described as "Premium quality Aya, available from the Market. Varzia uses Regal Aya to reconstruct Prime warframes and equipment."
Neither Aya nor Regular Aya are tradeable.
When the Tenno obtained their first Aya, a popup dialogue box was shown that said "Use AYA to trade with Varzia in Maroo's Bazaar for Prime Resurgence gear."
Varzia was a new character found in Maroo's Bazaar. Varzia was a female Dax soldier with a damaged helmet who had previously been seen in the Erra cutscene (where her helmet was damaged by Erra himself). Varzia stood in front of a Foundry bench that held Ayatan sculptures and stars (including a new, unknown Ayatan sculpture), as well as Void relics and several vials of Breath of the Eidolon. She had a large amount of dialogue for Tenno who interacted with her or stood nearby.

(greeting the Tenno for the first time) "Tenno. Remember me? We never got introduced. Name's Varzia. Former Dax. Was on ice 'til our mutual friend over there popped my pod. Wasn't too happy about waking up with all my friends dead… and a headache bigger than Hunhow's ass, hahaha, but a looker as sweet as Maroo… yeah, can help you forget anything. Huh… you're not here for my life story. You're hunting antiquities, right? Primes. I can make that happen, if you bring me Aya."

I'd trade all this Prime gear for a few shards of seriglass, a hammer, and five minutes alone with whatever gilded bastard gave the Sentients the key to the Reservoir. [sigh] Erra hurt me. But if you kids hadn't showed up, he'd have killed me… and in my book, that means I owe ya. So. Here I am."
(if the Tenno asks "Ayatan?") "Whippings. Massacres. Executions. All their favourite memories. That's what the Orokin used those pretty Ayatans for. Channelling Aya, the essence of memory. I just love watching Maroo melt them down. Erasing the Orokin, piece by piece. Some things deserve to be forgotten. Forever."
(if the Tenno asks "Aya?") "Orokin sequencing medium. Pricks used it to archive everything. Memories, evidence… warframes. The Orokin can rot in their own filth, but those Prime 'frames? They deserve to live again… and Regal Aya can make that happen. With Regal Aya, this Foundry can reconstruct you a Prime warframe yanked straight from my time. As real as my pretty face in front of yours. No guesswork."
(when opening shop) "No guarantees with Void Relics. Just like life."

(when opening shop) "If you're here for Relics, you might have to crack a few before you get what you're after."

(idling while browsing wares) "[sigh] 'S weird. I barely remember the faces of the Seven. But that black-sash Yaskutai who served our mess table? Ha, every little bead of her sweat stands out like a diamond in my mind…."
(idling while browsing wares) "I see there's been a whole lot of… valiant attempts to make Frames up to the Prime standard since my time. Bless them. They did the best they could with what they had."
(idling while browsing wares) "I wear the uniform because I believe in the principles we died for. But the day will come when I take it off and lay it to rest. Hahaha, and, if I'm too bloody-minded, hopefully some pretty thing is there to do it for me."
(idling while browsing wares) "My time is past, but damn, I miss the heft of a weapon… [inhales] the stench of superheated plasma. [sighs] I'd be fighting alongside you if I didn't have this thieving little miscreant to watch over. You can bet on it."
(idling while browsing wares) "Time was I'd have had a thief like Maroo up on multiple charges. Won't be slapping cuffs on her now. Unless she wants me to, of course."
(idling while browsing wares) "Teshin's chapter-and-verse, until he gets his weapon in his hand. [sigh] I never got tired of watching that."
(idling while browsing wares) "The Orokin were inhumane scum. The absolute dregs. But sweet tender mercy, could they design. The Primes they created have never been matched."

Rotation Schedule
Each week, the Prime warframes and weapons available for purchase with Regal Aya, as well as their corresponding Void relics purchasable with regular Aya, rotated, with all items returning for the last two weeks of the event.
- Week 1 (16 November – 22 November): Mag Prime, Nova Prime, Boar Prime, Dakra Prime, Soma Prime, Vasto Prime, Targis Prime armour, Edo Prime armour, Velorum Prime sigil, and Distilling Extractor Prime.
- Week 2 (23 November – 29 November): Limbo Prime, Trinity Prime, Pyrana Prime, Destreza Prime, Dual Kamas Prime, Kavasa Prime kubrow collar, Oblivia Prime syandana, Rift Walker Prime sigil, Kavasa Prime kubrow armour, and Naviga Prime sugatra.
- Week 3 (30 November – 06 December): Mesa Prime, Hydroid Prime, Akjagara Prime, Redeemer Prime, Ballistica Prime, Nami & Skyla Prime, Mesa Prime Montesa helmet, Operator Prime accessories, Cholla Prime sugatra, Spritsail Prime armour, and Sardin Prime sugatra.
- Week 4 (07 December – 13 December): Volt Prime, Loki Prime, Odonata Prime, Bo Prime, Wyrm Prime, Edo Prime armour, Kazeru Prime sugatra, Summus Prime sentinel accessories, and Daman Prime sugatra.
- Week 5 (14 December – 20 December): Vauban Prime, Ash Prime, Akstiletto Prime, Fragor Prime, Vectis Prime, Carrier Prime, Citadella Prime syandana, Cateno Prime sugatra, Yamako Prime syandana, and Unda Prime sentinel accessories.
- Week 6 (21 December – 27 December): Oberon Prime, Nekros Prime, Sybaris Prime, Silva & Aegis Prime, Tigris Prime, Galatine Prime, Sukira Prime syandana, Aroka Prime sugatra, Uru Prime syandana, and Acanthus Prime armour.
- Week 7 (28 December – 03 January): Valkyr Prime, Saryn Prime, Cernos Prime, Venka Prime, Spira Prime, Nikana Prime, Liset Prime skin, Saita Prime Operator suit, Cycuta Prime syandana, and Cycuta Prime sigil.
- Week 8 (04 January – 10 January): Ember Prime, Frost Prime, Sicarus Prime, Glaive Prime, Latron Prime, Reaper Prime, Pyra Prime syandana, Misa Prime syandana, and Titan Extractor Prime.
- Week 9 (11 January – 17 January): Everything from Weeks 1 – 4, in addition to Nyx Prime, Rhino Prime, Hikou Prime, Scindo Prime, Boltor Prime, Ankyros Prime, Noru Prime syandana, Targis Prime armour, Vala Prime sugatra, and Distilling Extractor Prime.
- Week 10 (18 January – 25 January): Everything from Weeks 5 – 8, in addition to Nyx Prime, Rhino Prime, Hikou Prime, Scindo Prime, Boltor Prime, Ankyros Prime, Noru Prime syandana, Targis Prime armour, Vala Prime sugatra, and Distilling Extractor Prime.
Aftermath
This event is currently ongoing. When the event ends, Aya and Regal Aya will no longer be obtainable, but will remain in the Tenno's inventory in case Prime Resurgence comes again.
