Bounties on the Cambion Drift are given by Gomaitru, but largely directed by Loid and Otak (and occasionally others). Each bounty consists of 3 – 5 independent bounty stages connected by a narrative thread. Not all stages will appear in all bounties. This page describes each bounty stage and lists mission control dialogue.
Assassinate
This stage requires the Tenno to lure out a target by killing Infested in an area and collecting Bulbous Oleum Gland drops. The number of drops required scales with squad size, from 15 to 45. Once all the Bulbous Oleum Glands have been collected, the Tenno must deposit them in an Infested Cauldron in the area, which will begin to project an aura zone around it. The Tenno must then kill 15 (30 with a full squad) Infested enemies inside the zone to contribute to the bait concoction, while not allowing the Infested Cauldron to be destroyed.. After the required kills, the target will appear: a Deimos Saxum Rex (or, during Arcana Bounties, a Mitosid Rex). The Tenno must then kill the Rex. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the bounty stage without letting the Infested Cauldron lose more than 20% of its health. Bulbous Oleum Glands have no use other than to make the bait concoction, and will not remain in the Tenno's inventory when they leave the Cambion Drift.

Cache Retrieval
This stage requires the Tenno to open a resource cache that is obstructed by an Infested tumour. Once damaged, the tumour will grow an impenetrable carapace, and will send out glowing root-tendrils to three auxiliary tumours in the area. The three smaller tumours must be found and destroyed within 2:38 minutes, which will render the main tumour vulnerable. Then, the tumour must be destroyed, revealing a Corpus airdrop supply cache or a Tusk resource cache (or, during Arcana Bounties, an Entrati supply cache). The cache must be opened to complete the bounty. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must destroy the auxiliary tumours with 40 seconds or more remaining on the timer.

Digging Up Polyps (Arcana)
This stage requires the Tenno to find a friendly Polyp-Hog Juggernaut and escort it while it searches the area for fungal polyps. When it finds one, the Tenno will have to dig it up so the Juggernaut can eat it. After it eats a polyp, Infested enemies will appear and try to kill the Juggernaut, and the Tenno must destroy them. The Juggernaut can also fight back against its enemies if it is not busy. After the Juggernaut eats three polyps, it will turn hostile, and the Tenno must kill it. When it dies, it will explode, scattering five Bulbous Oleum Glands on the ground. The Tenno must gather them to complete the stage. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the stage without letting the Juggernaut lose more than half its health. This bounty stage only appears in Arcana bounties.

Entrati Research (Arcana)
This stage requires the Tenno to find an Entrati device. Once activated, it will emit teal trails of light leading to Infested tumours in the area. Three of these tumours must be destroyed in order to charge the machine. When the machine is charged, it will dispense a sac of fluid. The Tenno must take the sac and throw it at the Infested. Any enemies caught in the splash zone will be marked in bright teal. The Tenno must kill 15 of the marked enemies to complete the stage. If necessary, the Tenno can obtain additional fluid sacs and throw them again indefinitely, although this requires charging the machine by destroying Infested tumours each time. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the stage using 3 fluid sacs or fewer (equivalent to an average of 5 marked enemies killed per sac). This bounty stage only appears in Arcana bounties.

(upon destroying first tumour) Otak: "Whatever you did, it's charging the machine; keep doing it!"
(upon destroying first tumour) Loid: "The device is being charged by enzymes released from the connected tumours. Keep destroying tumours."
(upon destroying enough tumours) Loid: "The device has generated a fluid sac derived from the input. Pick it up, please."
(upon destroying enough tumours) Otak: "Enough charge and the machine makes a gooey sac. Grab it!"

Excavation
This stage requires the Tenno to defend excavators as they extract minerals from the Drift. When the Tenno reaches the waypoint, excavators will drop from orbit. The number of excavators is equal to the number of Tenno present plus one. The excavation plays out identically to standard Excavation missions. If all excavators are destroyed, the bounty will fail. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the bounty stage without losing a single excavator.

(when the last excavator is done with no bonus) Loid: "Mining completed within acceptable parameters. We took what we could."
Extract Samples
This stage requires the Tenno to find a device called a Purifier and power it up with power cells dropped from Deimos Mutalist Osprey Power Carriers. Once powered, the Purifier will project an expanding spherical zone that will begin to shrink once it reaches its maximum size. Yellow Infested plant-like growths on the ground will open up and extrude glowing tongue-like structures when in the active zone around the Purifier. Interacting with the tongue will collect a sample, which can only be done once per plant per activation. The Tenno must collect 30 samples, but once the active zone recedes, the plants will close again. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must collect all 30 samples by activating the Purifier 5 times or fewer (equivalent to an average of 6 samples collected per activation).

(upon arriving at waypoint) Otak: "When it's got juice, a Purifier upsets the plants, and they stick their tongues out to taste what's different. Power it up, you'll see!"
(upon arriving at waypoint) Loid: "Once powered up, a Purifier's influence will make nearby flora extrude sensory filaments. These are a rich source of biological data on the Infestation."
(upon activating the Purifier for the first time) Loid: "Purifier operational. Prevent any Infested from interfering with it."
(upon activating the Purifier for the first time) Otak: "If Mr Scratchikins pays us a visit and plays too long, the Purifier's gonna stop working."
(upon activating the Purifier for the first time) Loid: "Keep the motile Infested at bay while the Purifier does its work."
(upon collecting all samples with bonus) Loid: "Purifier operation completed, and rare samples gathered. These data are excellent."
(upon collecting all samples with bonus) Otak: "All done. You even got some extra rare shells too – so smooth!"
(upon collecting all samples with bonus) Loid: "A fine harvest indeed. The information received exceeds expectations."
(upon collecting all samples without bonus) Loid: "Those alien blooms are unsightly but valuable. The Purifier has finished its work."
(upon collecting all samples without bonus) Otak: "All done! We got a ton of info off those plant tongue things."
(upon collecting all samples without bonus) Loid: "Purifier sweep is complete. Assimilating captured data."
Hive Extermination
This stage requires the Tenno to destroy three Infested Hives in succession. When a Hive is located, it must be damaged. Doing so will cause it to grow protective coils to shield it from further damage, and summon Infested spawn pods. Killing all the Infested in the area will make the Hive vulnerable again. After it is destroyed, the next Hive will be marked on the map. All three Hives must be destroyed in 8 minutes. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the bounty stage in 4 minutes.

(upon destroying the hive) Loid: "All hostiles down. Move on and destroy the next hive."
(upon destroying the hive) Otak: "They're all tuckered out! Let's go find some more playmates, yeah?"
(upon destroying the hive) Loid: "Area cleared. We should locate another hive."
(upon destroying the third hive with bonus) Loid: "Infestation activity has been dropped to virtually zero. A speedy resolution."
(upon destroying the third hive with bonus) Otak: "That's the lot! You dealt with the scratchikins double-quick!"
(upon destroying the third hive with bonus) Loid: "All clear. Task performed with creditable expedience. Additional reward authorised."
(upon destroying the third hive without bonus) Loid: "Area clear. That should buy us breathing room for a time."
(upon destroying the third hive without bonus) Otak: "Hmm, it's gone all quiet. That means we won!"
(upon destroying the third hive without bonus) Loid: "Infestation activity has been reduced to within acceptable parameters."
Liberation
This stage requires the Tenno to occupy an area and kill all enemies present. Once done, a 2:30-minute timer will start, during which the Tenno must maintain control of the area. Reinforcements will swarm into the area. Infested present in the zone will erode Tenno control over the area, indicated by a "Control Level" gauge in the HUD. More Infested or heavier units will erode control faster, whereas killing Infested will restore control. If the control level drops to 0%, the bounty will fail. At the end of the timer, if the zone remains under Tenno control, the reinforcements will stop and the stage will be complete. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the bounty stage without the control level ever dropping below 50%.

(halfway through the countdown) Loid: "You have eliminated more than half of them. Keep it up."
(halfway through the countdown) Otak: "You go, Chip! You're halfway through 'em."
(halfway through the countdown) Loid: "Infested casualty rate has topped 50%."
(when the countdown is complete) Loid: "A crushing and comprehensive victory! The Infested have lost their appetite for now."
(when the countdown is complete) Otak: "Oh man, you made that look easy. They won't be back anytime soon!"
(when the countdown is complete) Loid: "Hostiles eliminated… utterly eliminated. The area is secure."
Protect the Corpus Scientist
This stage requires the Tenno to find a Corpus scientist named Latrox Une and kill Infested in his vicinity. The Infested will drop samples that Latrox needs for his research; the Tenno will need to gather 8 samples (up to 20 with a full squad) while keeping the scientist alive. Latrox is armed with a Supra and protected by a Shield Osprey; however, both are vulnerable to being swarmed. If Latrox dies, the bounty stage fails. Once the Tenno gather enough samples, they must bring them to Latrox, and he will set down his backpack and begin uploading his data while remaining stationary. Once he has completed his upload, the bounty stage is complete. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must also keep his Shield Osprey alive for the entire bounty stage.

(upon speaking to him) Latrox Une: "Oh. I say. Hello there. Look, hate to bother, but I need to collect samples, and, frankly, I'm in a bit over my head. Orienteering. Organ landscapes. Monsters. Mainly the monsters."
(upon speaking to him) Latrox Une: "What a relief! I was expecting to get my head bitten off at any moment. While you're here, can you help me collect some samples? Just a few, and then we're gone, I swear."
(if a dead Infested drops a sample) Latrox Une: "I swear, if the Entrati weren't demanding samples… ooh! There's one! Pick it up, quick!"
(if a dead Infested drops a sample) Latrox Une: "That ugly one just coughed up what we're after – could you grab a sample for me?"
(if a dead Infested drops a sample) Latrox Une: "There! That one dropped a sample! Grab it!"
(upon picking up a sample) Latrox Une: "Perfect, now we need to grab some more samples, just to be sure."

(upon handing samples to Latrox) Latrox Une: "Fantastic. I'm starting the data upload; this always draws Infested, so keep me safe, if you wouldn't mind?"
(upon completing the upload with bonus) Latrox Une: "And that, my friend, is a clean sweep. All samples uploaded. I'm going to lie down."
(upon completing the upload with bonus) Latrox Une: "Done and done. Every sample uploaded. Science, and your Entrati friends, owe you a debt. Huzzah!"

Protect the Grineer Squad
This stage requires the Tenno to find and protect a Grineer Trooper named Garv. Garv wields an Ignis and is accompanied by a Trooper Survivor and a Lancer Survivor. Once the Tenno speaks with Garv, he will issue them a challenge to see which faction can kill more Infested. The Infested will begin swarming the area en masse, and the Tenno must kill more Infested than Garv and his squad while also keeping Garv alive. A meter on the HUD will track the number of Infested kills by both sides as a percentage of 100%. The stage ends when the Tenno reach 100%. If the Grineer reach 100% before the Tenno, the stage will fail. To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the bounty stage with more than double the Grineer's score.

Sealing the Cracks (Arcana)
This stage requires the Tenno to find a machine called a "containment unit". The console can be interacted with to obtain an emitter, which will continuously lose power if the Tenno is not immediately next to the containment unit. The emitter's battery can be recharged by bringing it back to the containment unit, but if it runs out of power completely, it will break and the Tenno will have to retrieve a new one. If the Tenno is holding an emitter, they can take it to one of five fissures in the area. Infested cysts along the Tenno's path will hatch Blighted Maggots that will slow the Tenno down if they latch on. If the Tenno is able to apply the emitter to a fissure before it runs out of power, the fissure will be sealed. A number of enemies, including a Jugulus, will emerge, and the Tenno must kill them all within 90 seconds, or they will open the fissure again. After the Infested are killed, the fissure is sealed permanently, and the Tenno must repeat the process with the other four fissures. Note that the containment unit can be damaged or destroyed by enemies in the area (which will fail the Bounty). To achieve the bonus, the Tenno must complete the stage without letting more than two emitters run out of power and break. This bounty stage only appears in Arcana bounties.

(upon arriving at waypoint) Otak: "This mist is weird, isn't it? Sure makes the Infested mad! Now we gotta find a way to stop the alarm and the mist! Hey! Maybe the alarm is 'cause of the mist!"
(upon arriving at waypoint) Loid: "The composition of this mist is heavily altered. It will greatly enhance Infested tissue regeneration and aggression. We need to shut this down quickly. Locate the containment unit; it may be of assistance."
(when nearing the containment unit) Loid: "You are approaching the hazard containment unit. It should have some utility in combating the mist."
(when nearing the containment unit) Otak: "Mr Noisy-alarm is near us. He's gotta have some way of dealing with the mist, right?"
(when nearing the containment unit) Loid: "The containment unit is close by. Let us hope it can offer a solution to this mist."
(if the emitter's battery gets low) Loid: "The emitter requires more energy to function. The containment unit it came from should be able to restore its charge."
(if the emitter's battery gets low) Otak: "Uh oh! The emitter's getting dim. Can you power it up somehow? Maybe take it back to where we got it?"
(if the emitter's battery gets low) Loid: "The emitter will be useless without energy. Perhaps recharge it at the containment unit."
(when the Tenno nears the first fissure with an emitter in hand) Loid: "The emitter will be able to seal off the mist incursion if it has sufficient power left. Apply it directly to the fissure."
(when the Tenno nears the first fissure with an emitter in hand) Otak: "The emitter's running out of juice! Get it to a fissure quick before it flakes out!"
(when the Tenno nears the first fissure with an emitter in hand) Loid: "Quickly! The emitter still has some charge left – put it into the fissure to seal away the mist."
(upon applying the emitter to the first fissure) Loid: "Interesting. I suggest you eliminate the Infested immediately. They are undoubtedly the source of the mist."
(upon applying the emitter to the first fissure) Otak: "Oh wow! They are NOT happy! I bet they're the ones making the mist… ewww!"
(upon applying the emitter to the first fissure) Loid: "Ah, I believe we have found what has been creating the fissures, and likely the mist too. Destroy them, Tenno."
(upon killing all the enemies from the first fissure) Loid: "Good. I am detecting less mist, but I believe there are more Infested like this. Ensure the emitter is charged and hunt down another fissure to close it."
(upon killing all the enemies from the first fissure) Otak: "Phew! That got rid of some of the mist, but there must be others! Recharge the thingy and find another fissure!"
(upon killing all the enemies from the first fissure) Loid: "Well done. The mist has reduced somewhat but is still present. Recharge the emitter and seek out another fissure."
(upon applying the emitter to a fissure) Loid: "Caution. The Infested may be able to re-open the fissure if you do not stop them."
(upon applying the emitter to a fissure) Otak: "Watch out! If the bad puppies get close to the fissure they could dig it up again!"
(upon applying the emitter to a fissure) Loid: "Keep the Infested away from the fissure, or they may find a way to crack it open again."
(upon killing all the enemies from a fissure) Loid: "Well done, but there's no time to waste. Find and close the other fissures."
(upon killing all the enemies from a fissure) Otak: "You shut it down! That's great, but I think there's more that need shutting…."
(upon killing all the enemies from a fissure) Loid: "Excellent work, Tenno. We'll have these all sealed in no time."
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure with bonus) Loid: "Exceptional work, Tenno. The air is actually purer than it was before. I will maintain a link with the containment unit so we will be forewarned of any future resurgence."
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure with bonus) Otak: "We're all clear! You made that look easy! I bet those scary mist chumps won't be back anytime soon!"
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure with bonus) Loid: "The area has been fully stabilised thanks to you, Tenno. I will be monitoring the containment unit in case this happens again."
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure without bonus) Loid: "Crisis averted. Only trace compounds of the mist remain, and they will soon degrade. It is fortunate you were able to endure the experience, Tenno. I will keep watch in case the fissures reopen."
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure without bonus) Otak: "You shut all the fissures and the mist is gone. That was tough but you cracked it! Go you!"
(upon killing all the enemies from the fifth fissure without bonus) Loid: "Excellent. The mist has been contained, and the fissures sealed. That was difficult work; I trust it was not too draining. I will monitor the area in case the mist returns."
Failure
If the Tenno fails a bounty stage, the entire bounty will fail. The Tenno will keep all rewards earned up to that point, but further progression will not be possible and the Tenno must select the bounty again from an available bounty board.
Loid: "Mission parameters have been violated. The mission is no longer tenable."
Otak: "Oh, tough luck! You can't finish the mission now, so there'll be no cake for anyone – frowny face."
Loid: "Well… that was less than ideal, wasn't it? Mission failed."
Otak: "Oh no! You can't complete the mission now. Booooo!"
Loid: "Mission objective now unachievable. Fantastic. Now we are just going to have to start over…."
